　　A.) Overall Purpose:

　　A big part of this position will be transporting to Garden State Grower’s Pineville, PA location.

　　In this position you will be delivering rolling racks filled with product to customers on a preset scheduled route, picking up empty racks when possible, or as requested.

　　B.) Description of Key Responsibilities:

　　Shuttle Product from Pittstown NJ location to Pineville, PA in season

　　Deliver merchandise to customers in a timely, effective and efficient manner with emphasis on customer service, neat appearance and safety.

　　Pick up merchandise and rolling racks, as needed.

　　Operate company vehicles in a professional, safe and courteous manner.

　　Ensure delivery of appropriate merchandise in accordance with customer invoice.

　　Unload product from racks in the store and return empty racks to Garden State Growers, when possible.

　　Responsible for vehicle, ensure that it is kept clean, orderly and in good working condition.

　　Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks (pre- and post-inspection) and report any malfunctions to management with proper documentation (inspection form/work-order).

　　Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or other members of management.

　　C.) Required Skills:

　　Valid CDL A driver’s license, required.

　　At least 6 months' driving experience.

　　Outstanding customer relations and customer service skills.

　　D.) Typical Physical Demands:

　　Physical ability to push/pull rolling racks with weight exceeding 100 lbs when fully loaded.

　　Must be able to lift or at least pull 75 lbs.

　　E.) Qualifications:

　　Clean MVR.

　　Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical examiners certificate.

　　Pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical required.

　　Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
