If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.Current Need:We are searching for an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst in Columbus, OH or Scottsdale, AZ who has a passion to drive business value for our Data Warehouse and Data Lake team.Key Responsibilities:Takes business needs/wants & translates those needs into measurable requirements that can be coded, tested, & successfully implemented & adopted for products/applications:Partners with stakeholders to create specifications & identify business requirements for systems & solutions to meet business needsDefines, analyzes & proposes business solutions based on the business needsMay review/validate test plans and ensure that the end result meets the specified business requirementsSupports QA activities testing to ensure that build matches requirementsCollaborates with technical delivery & solution engineering teams on the details of technical solutions to validate that the strategic business needs are metValidates & ensures that the proposed solution meets the stakeholders' needsMay lead cross-functional integrated teams to address business & adoption issues (e.g., user experience, data flow, process flow)May participate in the development process or other steps of the product lifecycleServes as a key resource by providing input into the development of new feature/release educationCollaborates with regulatory SMEs to understand how regulation affects products & documents regulatory requirementsConducts completed business requirements review with stakeholders & documents the acceptance of those requirementsCoordinate job assignment and workflow for a team of engineersMinimum Requirements:Degree or equivalent and 4+ years' experience working with reporting and/or data warehouse solutionsCritical Skills:Experience with Healthcare and/or BioPharma data is highly preferredSQL Query Writing/Reading ExperienceOrganized and high attention to detailAbility to create data mapping documentation or high interest in learningExcellent oral and written communications skills with ability to present complex technical information for both non-IT executives and additional audiencesAdditional Knowledge & Skills:Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize accordinglyAbility to understand user requirements and communicate them in appropriate manner to engineering resourcesStrong time management skills and ability to exceed deadline timelinesComprehensive understanding of industry issues & ability to translate them into complex or creative solutionsIn-depth knowledge of supported systems & other systems across multiple areasExpertise on product/application functionalityAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
