　　Data Solutioning Analyst

　　Duties:

　　Support the solutioning process by analyzing, conditioning, collecting, and evaluating client-provided asset, work order, site, sf, and property data.

　　Build data-driven solutioning tools for all IFM services lines considering regional and country differences, benchmarks, local safety and compliance regulations, and input from a Global Solution Architect team.

　　Provide a “first draft” solution from client provided data for Technical Services, Smart FM, Sustainability, Workplace Experience, and other IFM solutioning using country level benchmarks, client account data, and feedback from a global solution architect team.

　　Run complex analysis to model several solutioning scenarios representing various solutions so that sales and solutions team are able to validate competitiveness of the solution.

　　Work with a team to define the requirements of a client solution, understand the solutioning assumptions required to create a solution, gain feedback on the proposed solution, and refine the draft to achieve the stated goals.

　　Ability to create baseline assumptions for facility management budgets based on experience working within a facility management profession.

　　Calculate savings across a facility management budget using services provided by CBRE in technical solutions, third party procurement, etc.

　　Utilisation of Power BI/ power apps to provide visual representation of statistics in a logical and understandable way that can be used by global and regional teams.

　　Support with the creation of tools and processes to provide competitive solutions

　　Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

　　Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)

　　At least three years’ experience as a data analyst or working in a role that required significant data analytical requirements.

　　Experience working with sales or procurement functions would be beneficial but not required.

　　Experience within the facilities management industry is preferred.

　　Strong time management and prioritization skills

　　Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

　　Excellent attention to detail

　　Strong analytical skills

　　Proven experience – Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities

　　Experience with Power BI Dashboards

　　Ability to work quickly in both high pressure environments and where target delivery dates are key to success
