　　Job Description

　　As the Data Science Lead Pharmacy Automation, you're excited at the prospect of unlocking the secrets held by a data, and you're fascinated by the possibilities presented by IoT, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. In an increasingly connected world, massive amounts of structured and unstructured data open new opportunities. You will work to turn these complex data sets into useful information to solve challenges in the Pharmacy Automation Business Domain.

　　On our team, you'll use your leadership and analytical skills to solve a variety of problems in the Pharmacy and Healthcare space. You'll work closely with your customer to understand their questions and needs. You'll develop and mentor a team, work with customers to gain a deep appreciation for their data and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of data points into objective answers. You'll provide your customer with a deep understanding of their data, what it all means, and how they can use it. As a technical leader, you'll identify new opportunities to use data science solutions to help customers meet their toughest challenges.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for building, managing and mentoring the data science team.Leads machine learning operations (MLOps) driven full-cycle data science projects, including problem definition, data exploration, model creation, evaluation, and deployment.You will be a hands-on leader as well as reviews artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and statistical models developed by the team for accuracy; supporting the team in generating insights and recommendations.Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable initiatives to embed analytics and streamline operations. Includes creating clear and compelling visualizations to communicate complex data.Communicates data science vision, capabilities, and goals to team and business partners.Design data management infrastructure and oversee management of databases, including codebooks, data dictionaries, and documentation.Participate in the technical strategy of new features and assist teams in producing design artifacts.

　　Skills and Experience:

　　Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and/or years of experience8+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining8+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis8+ years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources.5+ years of professional experience in data science or ML roles, demonstrating hands-on experience in developing and deploying data processing pipelines, machine learning models within real-world applications.Experience with developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sourcesExperience in deploying and maintaining data science & machine learning algorithms that are widely used and adopted.Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and Python libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and scikit-learn.Knowledge of data science / ML modeling approaches (e.g. time series forecasting, logistic regression, and gradient-boosted decision trees).Develop systems that facilitate Data Science activities such as feature extraction and model testing.Exposure to data aggregation platforms based on technologies such as Spark, SQL, Azure, DataFactory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure databricks, Azure functions etc.Deep experience in statistics and mathematics, encompassing skills in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, clustering, time series analysis & risk modeling.Experience with Statistical modeling, Deep Learning, Experimentation, Machine learning frameworks (e.g., Pytorch) and pipelines

　　According to the collective bargain agreement the minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 54,740 p.a. (IT KV, ST1, Erfahrungsstufe). Based on individual skills and experience, we offer appropriate additional payment.
