　　We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative AI architect, who'll join our Data & AI Software services organization IBM Expert Labs in the beautiful city of Kraków, Poland. We're looking for a person with a passion to the world of data science, machine learning and AI.

　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As an individual contributor this position will work directly with cross functional teams, product management, support and engineering to build and transform AI and ML systems at customers. You will have a direct impact on young talents in Global Delivery Center acting as a role model and inspiration.

　　Your role & Responsibilities:

　　Work in customer projects on data science implementations - solution architecture design, solution review and health checks, ongoing project help and supervision, ongoing solution consultancy i.e. data model building, testing and training strategies

　　Work on and provide with reference architecture and guidelines, standards and best practices for greater IBM data science technology adoption and implementation (i.e. data modeling, data lineage, data governance, data virtualization) to share across the WW team

　　Review solutions and designs of peers, Support peers and IT partners by recommending solutions that reduce/manage risk and deliver value.

　　Monitor technology trends and emerging technologies. Model a future-state enterprise solution architecture which incorporates IBM data science platform. Help driving technology strategies and initiatives into actionable roadmaps with clear direction on execution, ensuring business value and ROI

　　Design and implement own, new tools for automating deployment or migration, etc.

　　Work in an agile and collaborative, international and cross-functional environment, including account teams, product management, support, engineering, other data scientists and database administrators.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering

　　5+ yrs. experience in data science - i.e. statistical functions and algorithms, data modelling, analytics, business intelligence, natural language understanding, decision optimization, DataOps

　　Experience with statistical programming in one of the most popular languages (ex: Python, R, SAS or Java) and data science toolkits (Jupyter notebooks, PyTorch, PyCharm, sci-kit, etc.)

　　Understanding of data usage, process analysis and improvement

　　Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and data integration needs

　　Working knowledge of containerized environments like RedHat OpenShift, Dockers, K8s

　　Must have a proven track record of innovation - 3x exemplary projects

　　Knowledge sharing opportunities, like speaking at conferences, publications

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Being detail-oriented, team-oriented, self-directed and adaptable to new development environments and changing business requirements.

　　Fluency in English language

　　Knowledge in second European language despite good command of English is a must.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　3+ yrs Experience in open source Machine and Deep Learning frameworks, model validation and deployment tools

　　Understanding of concepts of data governance, data stewardship and trustworthy AI

　　Understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models, data labelling and structuring

　　Experienced in data migration, debugging and data system performance optimization

　　Familiarity with IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog, Watson Studio and Watson Assistant, Watson Natural Language Understanding

　　Preferred second European language, such as German, French, Spanish, Italian
