　　Main Job Purpose:

　　This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implement robust and scalable data scientist solutions. Also, the role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data science requirements and ensure the delivery of efficient solutions that drive data-driven analysis and decision-making throughout Unilever.

　　Accountable for:

　　• Work with teams across the company and externally to build and/or deliver a variety of models to support critical business decisions.

　　• Provide analytical methodologies to understand and address key business questions and problem statements

　　• Work together with business teams across the organization to identify and design solutions through an analytical lens

　　• Evangelize the Data Science practice outside Ice Latam or outside the organization by establishing a presence in D&A globally, in academia and industry .

　　• Promote a data-driven culture with team activities to expand understanding and utilization of data science

　　• Establish code repositories/libraries to build a data science foundation that can be used for the modular design of solutions

　　• Communicate analytics model results to key non-technical stakeholders in a nuanced and articulate manner to get their buy-in and sponsorship

　　• Create end to end data science solutions from data modeling, model refinement, UAT until Prod.

　　Experience and Knowledge - WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar.

　　• Desirable 1 year of experience in Data Science or related fields.

　　• Projects in Data Science and Advanced Analytics with proven ability to deliver commercial value understanding from analytics solutions

　　• Quantitative and statistical analysis skills to solve business problems and provide practical business insight using data in a quantitative/scientific approach. Experience in AI/ML methodologies

　　• Articulate the value of data science concepts/solutions to business stakeholders

　　• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portugues

　　• Python Data Science, R, Intermediate Excel, AI, ML

　　• Desirable Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Power apps.
