We are seeking a full-time Data Processing Specialist to perform daily operations which support functions of data processing systems, computer operation, sorting and verification. The primary schedule will be Monday through Friday, regular daylight business hours. However, you must have the ability to be flexible and available to meet the time-sensitive needs that may fall outside of the regular schedule.

As a Data Processing Specialist, you will work as a computer operator by maintaining system software, hardware and data. You will run jobs and processes daily and/or nightly within the established time and accuracy guidelines, as well as monitor systems to quickly identify malfunctions or errors to initiate corrective action. You'll also be maintaining schedules for recurring production and assisting other department personnel in planning scheduled and unscheduled production needs. Working with management to identify and improve procedures and efficiencies will be essential.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate superior teamwork ability, have strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills, and effective communication.
