MIS, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking an entry-level Data Integration Analyst to support the intake and output of quality data files of insurance policy, claims and accounting data.

This role is based at the MIS office in Maitland, FL with the option for hybrid remote work arrangements after training period.
After 3 months you will...
Manage intake and output quality data files based on regulatory requirements.
Manage SFTP set up and access including generation of encryption keys for TPA access to servers.
Organize policy and claims data feeds to and from Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
Integrate key data fields from alternate databases.
Support Technology team on a variety of projects that may span the Technology function.
Build knowledge of insurance operations and data integration technology
What you need to be successful...
Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field
0-3 years' experience in data management, IT, or related field
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to research and resolve problems independently
Highly detail oriented
Your Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a hybrid position out of our office in Maitland, FL. The salary range for this location and role is $31,518- $59,740. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
