Air Freight Agents maintain ongoing relationships, provide support, resolve problems, and open supply requests for customers and centers. 　　So, what does it take to make it on our team?

　　An intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

　　The ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.

　　The desire to provide excellent customer service.

　　Possess general administrative skills such as in-bound phone support, distributing mail, preparing reports, processing forms, tracking shipments and orders, and data input.

　　Problem solving skills to resolve intermediate level concerns by conducting research with minimal supervision.

　　High attention to detail.

　　An ability to lift up to 70 lb.
