Client Summary:
The Health System is designed to increase efficiencies and economies of scale; improve quality and outcomes; and expand access to advanced primary, specialty, and ambulatory care services throughout a wide clinical network. The Health System includes more than 7,200 physicians, including general practitioners and specialists, and 13 free-standing joint-venture centers.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields accurately.
Collect, compile, sort and verify the data's accuracy or completeness before it is entered.
May perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors.
May scan or upload documents.
Perform routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies.
May maintain logs of activities and completed work. File completed documents in appropriate locations or distribute them, as required.
Performs other related duties.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements: Three to five years of secretarial experience. Demonstrated ability to type 75 w.p.m. Computer literacy in word-processing and presentation software required Strong interpersonal and communications skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel Shift/Schedule:
Monday Friday would be 8:30am-4:45pm, Saturday would also be required, 8am-4pm
