Robert Half is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our client in NW Portland, Oregon on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, file organization, and administrative duties as required. This position is fully on-site and parking is provided.

Responsibilities:

Perform meticulous data entry for various files

Ensure all data entered is accurate and up to date

Use your skills in typing and performing calculations effectively

Organize and file documents in an efficient manner

Provide welcoming assistance to visitors as required

Process payroll data accurately and efficiently

Execute additional administrative duties as directed

Maintain strong organizational skills and adapt to new information quickly

Requirements

2+ years of experience with high volume data entry and management

Exceptional data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to organize and manage files efficiently

Capable of performing calculations and data analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn new systems and processes
