You will need to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have fast and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then we have the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This long-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Salinas, California area.

Your responsibilities

Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

Investigate reports and sheets of data

Keep records of tasks, files, and progress

Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

Sift through websites for information Requirements - Microsoft Office experience

Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines

Excellent typing accuracy

1+ years of related experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
