Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as an Inventory Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and input inventory data related to fuel into Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on accuracy, possess excellent data entry skills, and be capable of working independently to ensure the integrity of our inventory records.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Data Entry:

　　Accurately input and update inventory information for fuel/gasoline products into Excel spreadsheets.

　　Ensure consistency and precision in recording product details, quantities, and other relevant data.

　　Spreadsheet Management:

　　Create and maintain organized and efficient Excel spreadsheets for inventory tracking purposes.

　　Implement data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.

　　Requirements

　　Comprehensive knowledge of data entry

　　Microsoft Excel experience

　　Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsStrong Communication Skills
