　　Investigate reports and sheets of data

　　Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

　　Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

　　Search websites for information

　　Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product

　　Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

　　Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete Requirements - Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

　　Proven typing accuracy

　　Expertise in Typing Data Entry

　　Experience with Microsoft Excel

　　Strong familiarity with data entry

　　Numeric data entry experience desired

　　Microsoft Word experience

　　Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsStrong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
