Description

　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in data entry software, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Enter and update data into the database with high accuracy.

　　Verify the accuracy of data before and after entering it into the system.

　　Organize and maintain files and records.

　　Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity.

　　Retrieve and review data for discrepancies and resolve issues.

　　Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on data analysis.

　　Respond to data inquiries from various departments in a timely manner.

　　Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

　　Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance.

　　Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.

　　Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Strong organizational and time-management skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Fast and accurate typing skills.

　　Basic mathematical and analytical skills.

　　Strong communication skills.

　　Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of focus.
