Job Description

　　Seeking Experienced Certified Pharmacy Technicians with Data Entry experience to become part of our team!

　　Hours:2nd shift, M - F 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm & every other weekend

　　Under general supervision of a Data Entry Manager and/or Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Enter new orders into pharmacy computer system for Staff Pharmacist review.

　　Maintain customers’ specific information by entering new information, updating and correcting information in pharmacy computer system as required.

　　Generate accurate labels for dispensing.

　　Answer phones to respond to orders inquires.

　　Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.

　　Triage incoming faxes promptly and accurately.

　　Qualifications:

　　MUST BE a Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of OH

　　Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields

　　LTC pharmacy experience a plus

　　Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Strong organizational skills

　　High School or Equivalent
