The scope of this work is estimated to be 15 Onshore resources for terms of 3 years minimum; proposing 5 years. The opportunity is competitive. However, the client account team has been supporting this area of the business for about 4 years. Additional details include the following:

　　Onshore team of 15 people to perform system lookups and simple data entry in support of Members seeking to enroll in Market Place Insurance offerings (AKA Affordable Care Market Place)

　　WFH – anywhere in the US (lower cost locations preferred)

　　Assume a start date of April 1 and a 3 to 5 years’ service term.
