Building Automation Account Manager

　　Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors (MMC) powered by APi Group, is seeking a relationship focused and result-driven owner direct Account Manager to join the Building Automation team.

　　Role Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for initiating customer contact, recommending innovative HVAC Automation solutions, quoting and fulfilling sales requests while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

　　MMC's owner direct team is responsible for conveying MMC's value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise.

　　Identify and manage long-term relationships with building owners and key partners.

　　Seek out, qualify and close sales opportunities every month and manage an active pipeline of opportunities.

　　Focus on improving existing buildings to allow the building owner to achieve business objectives.

　　Manage ongoing opportunities, mainly focused on selling automation services and retrofits.

　　Sells and renews service contracts & agreements to new and existing customers, including multi-year contracts.

　　Building partnerships with the owners, owner's representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale off MMC's building automation service offerings.

　　Education/Experience

　　Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or combination of education and experience will be considered. 3+ years of progressive field sales experience.

　　At least 1 (one) year successfully selling HVAC or building automation system, services or projects.

　　Excellent verbal, written communication, and professional presentation skills

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

　　Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels.
