　　The work:

　　The Data Conversion Engineer - Associate Manager, the Development Lead, will be responsible for leading the data conversion development technical teams out of the Advanced Technology Center (ATC). Responsibilities include providing direction to the data conversion team but also developing and reviewing custom code.

　　This Associate Manager – Development Lead will be a member of the Data Conversion Team who will create programs to load extracted data from legacy systems into a database, perform data quality analysis and then create extracts files for loading the new system.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　5+ years of experience data conversion processes

　　Experience with leading a technical team

　　Advanced knowledge of SQL database

　　Advanced knowledge of Java programming language

　　Advanced knowledge of ETL Tools and process creation

　　Preferred Requirements:

　　Advanced knowledge of Oracle database

　　Supports data analysis techniques to assess source data structures, identify mapping requirements, and define transformation rules for data conversion

　　Supports in designing and implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes

　　Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

　　Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

　　Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
