Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.Tracks program/project status and schedules.Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of the Data Management and Contract Data Requirements List (DM CDRL) process per PMA Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Supports the governance and control in the selection, generation, preparation, acquisition, and use of data.Process Deliverables through Completeness Checks in AMS CDRL Tool.Coordinate CDRL (DD-1423) development and reviews. Support formal and informal DRRBs Manage receipt, review, disposition, and storage of all programs contract deliverables.Review data marking of all contract deliverables to ensure compliance with the technical data markings clause of the contract.Process Letters of Disposition.Submit contract deliverables with questionable markings to responsible Government Lead in PMA, Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), and Legal for appropriate action/resolution. Assist team through resolution.Network with other PMAs and NAVAIR Sustainment Group, specifically Configuration and Data Management Group, in support of current DoD Policy, Navy Policy, NAVAIR Procedures and Guidance, and data rights law.Manage receipt, review, disposition, and storage of all programs contract deliverables. Recording metrics for Data Management for leadership review.Review data marking of all contract deliverables to ensure compliance with the technical data markings clause of the contract.Submit contract deliverables with questionable markings to responsible Government Lead in PMA, PCO, and Legal for appropriate action/resolution. Assist team through resolution.Required Experience:
3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.Must have full working knowledge with Configuration Management Standard EIA-649 and Requirements EIA-649-1, NAVAIRINST 4130.1, and Data Management GEIA-859.Experience with DD Form 1692 (ECPs), NAVAIR 4130 packages (Mat Package), Technical Directives, and the ECM Tool (Engineering Change Management).Desired Experience:
Experience coordinating and managing CM and DM requirements for in-service and ACAT I programs.Familiar with OEM and NAVAIR COM and DM tool sets.Education Requirements:
BA/BS from an accredited college.Years of experience can be supplemented for degree.
