We are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Leader to deliver business insights that improve decision-making across the division and generate incremental business value and new opportunities through digital innovation. Designated as the data expert within WATCHMAN, this individual will provide business intelligence and analytical support to the business through the use of technology, data management, and analytics leadership. This is a highly collaborative role that works with key functions across the division (Marketing, R&D, Digital Solutions, Clinical, Legal, Regulatory) to balance the strategy, governance, and development of new data-driven operating models and necessary data pipelines to support business outcomes. This position combines advanced technical expertise with a thorough understanding of the business context. It encompasses areas such as customer and market intelligence analytics, insights, AI/ML, application integration, data platform management, and Communities of Practice. The goal is to enhance business operations and drive digital accelerator programs. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business strategy/processes, identify and comprehend data needs, seek innovative solutions to drive business value, and prioritize a plan based on strategic goals. Translate big data capabilities and next-generation information management solutions into business outcomes that align with business objectives and support real-time decision-making. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining the vision, goals, and strategic direction for data management and analytics products. Continuously update the roadmap based on evolving business needs, technological advancements, and market trends. Lead a team of employees in developing and maintaining tools and techniques that assist in the analysis of complex issues. Communicate business goals to enable team members to determine how analytics can help achieve those goals. Set goals and use analytics to assess how well goals are being met. Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their near, mid, and long-term goals and objectives. Communicate with senior management regarding divisional data priorities. Communicate with stakeholders about the results of analyses. Stay current with the latest data management, mastering, and analytic tools and solutions. Incorporate new data techniques and tools as required to meet business stakeholder demand. Develop advanced analytic strategies and tools to support a long-range vision that fully leverages business unit data assets. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline. 10+ years of experience in data and analytics in a large cross-functional organization. Experience in defining roles and responsibilities, mentoring, and leading a diverse team in a highly matrixed organization with the ability to influence. Experience with ML Ops: Understanding of Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops) principles and practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle manageme t. Ability to travel 25%. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree inComputer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to align stakeholders and develop strong relationships; coach stakeholders who are not digitally savvy and fully leverage their knowledge and support.
