Description

　　Position Overview:

　　As a Staff Accountant you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to efficiency will contribute to the overall success of our finance department.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment collections.

　　Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice verification and payment processing.

　　Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable sub-ledgers to the general ledger.

　　Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

　　Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related inquiries.

　　Generate financial reports and summaries for management.

　　Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

　　Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

　　Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　Proven work experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.

　　Strong understanding of both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

　　Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.

　　Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

　　Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

　　Knowledge of [specific accounting software/tools] is a plus.
