Core Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst within our EMEA Supply Chain Operations Technology team, it will be your key responsibility to deliver impactful reporting and process automation that drives operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will:
Collaborate with teams to develop user stories, including the assessment of business needs and expected value.
Deliver reporting and data visualisation, to enable insight.
Apply process automation to optimise our operational tools, systems and processes.
Work to agreed standards and in accordance with the data strategy, to ensure robust, supportable solutions are embedded.
Produce clear documentation, including change management, user education and support processes.
Collaborate and share standard processes across regional teams, to support development of global standards and to amplify value as One LEGO Team!
Play a vital role in educating and empowering teams with digital skills
Build an understanding of our Global Supply Chain processes across: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Management, Customer Logistics & Distribution

The EMEA Supply Chain Operations Technology team supports the optimisation of our operations, providing accurate, engaging, and timely information to support the delivery of our priorities; as well as playing an active role in building digital awareness and capability. You will work closely with Digital, Product and Operational colleagues to unlock value as One LEGO team.
Do you have what it takes?
The most important experience you can bring is your ability to develop reporting & dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI (inc. DAX/SQL), to enable data-driven insight. In addition, you have:
3+ years experience working with a range of data transformation and visualisation tools (Microsoft PowerBI, DAX, SQL, Python, Alteryx & Databricks are preferred)
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel. Databricks platform and Alteryx Designer expertise is an advantage
Good stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate in an Agile delivery environment
Superb communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Process Automation expertise using Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism or similar is an advantage
An inclusive approach, embracing different ideas, opinions and approaches
Attention to detail, consistently working to a high standard
Curiosity to learn, with a strong interest in how data can transform Supply Chain
Experience working within a Supply Chain environment is an advantage
You know what good quality looks like and can consistently deliver solutions in a timely manner. You are comfortable with working in networks, within a global environment to deliver what is best for the LEGO Group.
The role is based in London, UK.
