About Promotor de Marca

  Eaton’s ES CRDS WD Wiring Devices division is currently seeking a Promotor de Marca.

  What you’ll do:

  El líder de marca es responsable de impulsar la venta de los productos de las líneas Arrow Hart & Royer en los puntos de venta y tiendas de autoservicio de los distribuidores, así como, orientar a los usuarios en la correcta selección de los productos de acuerdo a su necesidad y/o aplicación. Se debe ser proactivo, tener actitud de servicio al cliente y mantener la buena presentación de su persona y de los exhibidores de producto. También dentro de las funciones que el líder de marca lleva a cabo es manterner una constante comunicación con el representante de ventas que está a cargo de la cuenta para coordinar la reposición oportuna de inventarios, iniciativas de mercadotecnia y/o activaciones que impulsen las ventas.

  Lograr el objetivo mensual de ventas, apoyar la venta con los distribuidores asignados para apoyar a la rotación de inventarios.

  Impulsar la venta de nuevos productos.

  Ganar mercado en los puntos de venta de los clientes, haciendo referencia cruzada o una contra especificación.

  Impulsar los programas de lealtad para incrementar las ventas (Club Royer)

  Impulsar y/o promover el uso de las herramientas digitales que tenemos para promover el uso de nuestros productos.

  Identificar las áreas de oportundiad que tenemos que mejorar vs la competencia.

  Ser proactivo y estar orientado a brindar un buen servicio al cliente, apoyo los vendedores de mostrador y telemarketing para generar ventas.

  Ser puntual, ético y responsable.

  Qualifications:

  Preparatoria terminada

  Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en actividades similares

  Skills:

  Conocimientos básicos de electricidad, manejo de artefactos eléctricos, manejo de paquetería Office.

  Habilidades para trabajar en equipo, ser proactivo, habilidades para resolver problemas y de comunicación.
