These responsibilities and deliverables should lead to business insights and enhance operational and customer analytics, leading to increased revenue and greater efficiencies.ResponsibilitiesDaily support of end-users' ability to effectively and efficiently utilize the reporting platformCollaborates with team members across the organization to facilitate business discussion and align on business reporting needsWorks independently as well as collaboratively to analyze data and create insights to drive and inform business decisionsFacilitates meetings, assists with outlining deliverables, acts as business liaison for technical requirements, and implements deadlinesEngages in requirements gathering, research, and report development.Partner closely with technical and business teams to complete requirements gathering, testing and successful delivery of reporting solutionsDocument and understand the relationship of business process with business application to shape and report data quality/accuracyWork with divisional teams to understand the processes used to generate reports currently, and work closely with IT BI team to automate these data processes into data sourcesWorks closely with the IT BI team to create consistency and alignment with report development standardsMaintain and enhance existing reportsProven ability to identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks within project processCommunicate project scope, open items, and issues / risks to the leadership teamPerforms all other duties as assignedQualificationsWork Relationships:Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all internal and external organizational levels.Preferred Qualifications:7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or comparable roleBachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, business analytics, or related field, or 3 years' experienceStrong critical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent project management skills including experience in gathering and documenting requirementsPositive attitude with a willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment.Demonstrated ability to?prioritize, organize and work effectively on multiple requests/projects in a deadline-driven environmentExperience with data reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.Knowledge of one or more coding languages and tools (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, R, Python, Excel VBA, RAW, SAS) preferredStrong understanding of data warehouse conceptsProficient in Microsoft ExcelProven ability to create strong relationships across the organizationExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skillsUS Citizenship requiredPersonal Qualities:Applicants must also demonstrate the following personal qualities and be ab
