　　Seeking a Lead Business Execution Analyst in the Commercial Banking and Lending (CBL) Data Defect Management Team. The primary responsibility in this role is to understand data ecosystem concepts and be able to independently lead end-to-end dispositioning of data quality defects. In this role, you will:

　　Lead or participate in moderate to high risk or complex review activities in a matrixed environment and communicate emerging risks to management timely

　　Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

　　Review and research moderately complex potential data defects, and follow through on reporting, escalation, and resolution

　　Ensure effective and appropriate root cause analysis, impact analysis, remediation validation, and documentation of entire process/activities for risk programs and controls

　　Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, management and lines of business regarding risk management and control assessment

　　These managers work on a technology development and implementation team within an AML/BSA group. They have experience supporting Global Financial Crimes Compliance organizations focused on Data Governance, as well as leading and responsible for AML Customer Profile, Risk Assessment, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, Enterprise View of the Client, Economic Sanctions and AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) capabilities in support of effective Financial Crimes Investigations.
