Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to fill the role as an Accounts Payable Specialist. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.

　　Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.

　　Verify approvals and coding for payment processing.

　　Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation.

　　Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

　　Requirements

　　RequirementsProven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.

　　Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.

　　Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Excellent organizational and communication skills.
