Job Summary
The Marketing Cloud Administrator is a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This individual will leverage deep understanding of the capabilities and functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead the development of new initiatives, enhancements, operations, and production support for the platform reaching customers with multiple channel impact. This individual will partner with the Marketing & Outreach team on requirements for priority initiatives and lead the development, execution, and delivery of engagement using Marketing Cloud to support the needs of the Division of Digital Learning. This individual will respond to report and dashboard requests, working to resolve errors with functionality.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business IT, Computer Programming, or related field . Or a bachelor’s degree, in the same fields of study, with equivalent related experience to equate to a master’s degree may be substituted.

• Able to build successful relationships with all levels of staff and management.
• Comfortable working independently in an evolving and changing environment
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve customer and client challenges
• Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate withing and across teams
• Understanding of third-party integrations
• Certifications for Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and/or Salesforce Admin
• Extensive experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Email Studio and Audience Builder
• Experience with HTML , CSS , SQL , AMPscript, and API functions
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with email marketing, including best practices
