　　Position Summary

　　The Application Security Engineer will be responsible for performing dynamic application security testing (DAST) on CVS applications. They will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Penetration Testing Services in the Security Technology Services organization. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of DAST tool and will be able to maintain and improve the DAST Program. They will also need to demonstrate security knowledge around common vulnerabilities and excellent communication effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.

　　Implement and preform DAST testing on applications.Conduct walk-through of the assessment report to the stakeholders and help define remediation plan.Prepare security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends from tests; presents reporting for management review.Work with various teams to follow a pre-testing plan/ and testing schedule for every assessment.Provide remediation guidance to identified vulnerabilities.Participate in maturing programs tooling, automation, and process to scale program.Stay up to date with the latest security threats and trends.Participate in incident response and vulnerability remediation efforts.Required Qualifications

　　- Bachelor's in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.

　　- 4 years+ of experience in security industry

　　- Experience preforming DAST tests with Qualys WAS or IBM Appscan.

　　Preferred QualificationsFamiliar with OWASP, NIST, PCI, DSS, SOC2, FFIEC, FISMA, HIPPAStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

　　- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Education

　　- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$120,750.00 - $240,000.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
