　　Your main tasks and responsibilities:

　　Count inventory and report findings in a timely, complete, and accurate fashion.

　　Be fully aware of inventory reporting milestones and their impact on ERP records.

　　Be fully cognizant of the challenges in reporting inventory quantities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

　　Locate hard-to-find or misplaced inventory (this may involve manual searches/riding in the ASRS system).

　　Interface with shipping, receiving, manufacturing, purchasing, along with internal and external vendors.

　　Enter quantities in ERP system.

　　Report root causes for variances.

　　Report cycle counting.

　　Operate continuously in a safe manner.

　　Complete monthly safety training.

　　Follows quality procedures according to ISO 9001.

　　Safety obligations:

　　All employees understand and are able to explain the structure and objectives of the SBP.

　　All employees follow the safety rules.

　　All employees have "the right and duty to intervene" in the event a safety concern becomes evident. In addition, acceptance of an intervention should be accepted in a positive manner as it could have prevented an accident.

　　All employees are required to comply with all work instructions, policies, and posted signs or instructions regarding safety, including but not limited to proper use of required PPE at all times.

　　Secondary Responsibilities:

　　Works overtime as requested.

　　Support Operational Procurement department with various Buyer tasks.

　　Other task as assigned by supervisor.

　　Supervisory Responsibilities:

　　NoneWhat you bring to Sulzer:

　　High School graduate or equivalent

　　Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Products.

　　SAP knowledge highly preferred.

　　Root cause analysis

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to lift 50 lbs (excess of 50 lbs, use of slings, hoist or cranes required).

　　Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 12hrs)
