As a Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase with the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls organization, you will focus on supporting the firm's largest and highest priority programs as well as supporting Cybersecurity as an organization. In this role you will own all facets of program/project execution and be the voice of the program for our line of business.

At JPMC, the Cybersecurity program manager is in charge of developing strong project governance, driving the project level execution teams, managing a set of internal and external stakeholder to gain consensus across the organization for control awareness and adoption.
Job Responsibilities
Be a strong partner to Engineering, Product Management, Architecture& Design to coordinate work and facilitate communication - Independently drive the technical execution of complex initiatives by coordinating within and outside of the organization, freeing the engineering teams to focus on development deliverables
Lead large cross-team programs serving the interests of the critical customer base to further strategic organizational goals - Manage stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements
Run agile engineering processes and ceremonies of scrum teams, driving and measuring team progress
Work across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
Enable operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
Drive adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
Implement a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Formal training or certification on program, product and/or project management and 5+ years applied experience
Experience managing global projects across multiple lines of business and/or stakeholder organizations in a Product Management construct with an emphasis on information security solutions.
Substantial IT Program Management experience, including exposure to the Cybersecurity and Risk Management related products
Strong understanding of Risk & Control practices including Control & Procedure setting, implementation and measurement
Solid understanding and operation of Technology disciplines including Quantum Cryptography, AI/ML, and Technology Resiliency
Proven experience driving roadmaps, product overviews, reporting, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations.
Experience with coordinating and/or managing expense and capital budgets
Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans
Experience working in agile environment, and driving continuous improvement.
Experience in using Agile backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
