TitleCybersecurity Policy AnalystCategoryInformation TechnologyDescriptionThe Cybersecurity Policy Analyst will provide Cyber Security Compliance and Reporting Support to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:Support the review, analysis and development of Cyber Security Service Provider processes, policies, and procedures.Primary focus will be on policy as it relates to Incident Response.Provide technical expertise for the development, maintenance, and review of policy, in accordance with DoD and DLA requirements.Security Operations and Planning:Support the planning and conducting of cybersecurity exercises such as tabletop exercises for DLA programs and applications.Develop exercise reports, to include lessons learned after all exercises.Assist in supporting DLA programs and applications with the development of RMF packages.Track and validate compliance with DOD and DLA requirements.Support DLA compliance with Cyber Defense directives to include validation of long-term, recurring requirements.Coordinate the dissemination of necessary information, in support of compliance activity.Cyber Security Service Provider Program Audit Support:Assist DLA staff in preparation of CSSP evaluations and compliance with established metrics.Support DLA CERT's annual CSSP self-assessment effort as well as other inspections and audits as applicableCoordinate obtaining and compiling information for CSSP metrics.Perform continuous review of DLA Cyber Security SOPs and TTPsUpdate DLA Cyber Security SOPs and TTPs as required.Provide updates to DLA CERT and DLA Cyber Security management on status of CSSP preparations.Prepare training materials to assist in the transition of procedures and policies for Incident Response and Analysis to government system administrators, information assurance personnel and incident response teams.Conduct training in a classroom setting or remotely using video teleconference.Assist with proposal development, if necessary.Perform other duties, as assigned.Experience:Seven (7) years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience.Education:Bachelor's Degree preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:DOD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II required.DOD Approved 8570/8140 CSSP Certification: CSSP-AU or CSSP-IR required.Other Required Skills & Abilities:Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Security Clearance:Top Secret security clearance required.
