　　Zantech is looking for an upcoming talented Cybersecurity Lead who is responsible for ensuring cybersecurity is maintained for government information systems. You will work on the Cyber security team assisting in the management and oversite for the cybersecurity efforts. Assist in documenting Cyber Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to coincide with Program IMS, designate and develop cyber baselines and tests. Create documentary for Authority to Operate (ATOs) and plan for cybersecurity protections to be implemented and provide oversight. Develop ATOs and IATTs that focus on various elements of the program. Plan for, review and implement security waivers as needed. You will assist the ISSM and ISSO with cyber documentation, cyber presentations to leadership, risk management, security assessments and mitigations, management, and oversight of industry partners in relation to cyber work, attend and assist in test events, cyber tabletops, and contractor CDRL reviews.

　　Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

　　Ensure development of system accreditation/certification documentation by reviewing and endorsing documentation and recommending action to the contract PM for action by the Government PM.

　　Ensure system security requirements are addressed during all phases of the system life cycle management process.

　　Provide clearly understandable audit trails and ensure their review.

　　Implement the most feasible security safeguards and features are for the system.

　　Document Cyber IMS to coincide with Program IMS. Designing and developing cyber baselines and tests. Creating documentation for IATT and ATO's

　　Attend and assist with test events, cyber tabletop discussions and CDRL reviews

　　Serve as the Cyber Analyst to the Program office designated ISSM and designated ISSO

　　Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment is a must.

　　Ensure no testing occurs on the live site that could strain or test security mechanisms, or perform network line monitoring, or keystroke monitoring.

　　Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

　　Possess five or more years' experience Air Force related Cyber related tasks and have a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory experience.

　　Hold a current IAT level 2 certification

　　Possess one or more of the following:

　　An advanced Microsoft certification less than 2 years old.

　　Four-year degree in management studies.

　　Four-year degree in computer science, information technology, or information systems.

　　Two-year degree in computer science, information technology, or information systems and possess IAT level 3 certification

　　Required Security Clearance:

　　US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.“Outstanding Performance…Always!”
