What you will do
The Cvent Data Verification Specialist will be responsible for performing the Cvent Data Verification for the JAPAC region, ensuring outsourced supplier compliance to Amgen policies and audit requirements. This is a 1 year contract role.
Main Responsibilities:
Audits all outsourced billing backup and budgets for in scope meetings.
Ensure all supporting documents are accurate and uploaded into Cvent
Reviews program hotel contracts and confirms that all terms and concessions are reflected in final bills.
Tracks and reports on audit findings and monetary value of lost savings and discrepancies.
Audit MSA fulfilments, e.g., KPI/ Rate Card / Corporate rate
Purchase Order Research/Reconciliation
Communicate errors to outsourced suppliers, confirm and track corrections are made. Track discrepancies in the system and provide reports as required.
Maintains frequent external contact with suppliers, and hotels.
Maintains strict confidentiality of employee, financial and company records
Other duties as assigned.

What we expect of you
Qualifications
Experience in Meetings Industry, preferably pharmaceutical meetings.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge of hotel sourcing, negotiating, and contracting.
Working knowledge of meetings and congress operating environment.
Working knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines related to interactions with health care professionals.
Familiarization with Cvent.
Familiarization with audit processes.
Preferred Language Capabilities
English, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Thai, Japanese (A combination of fluency in the outlined languages is OK, candidate does not need to speak all languages. Candidate must be fluent in English.)
