  Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Customer Systems Support Analyst to join our TEAM! As the Customer Systems Support Analyst we need someone who is flexible, with a strong work ethic. We need someone who is ready to provide a variety of duties related to the support of salesforce.com such as user management, user support, monthly reports, and basic configuration.

  Primary Objective

  This position serves as the primary contact for internal user support on the salesforce.com platform as well as providing support to our internal users.

  Major Function and Scope

  Provide ongoing Salesforce user support by managing cases and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner

  Responsible for Salesforce.com administrative functions such as user management, data management, reports, and dashboards, etc

  Data management tasks such as import / export data to /from Salesforce.com

  Create training documentation for users on the Salesforce.com application on new system feature and best practices

  Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to increase efficiency

  Experience and Knowledge Required

  Associate degree or 2 years equivalent training and experience

  Fluent in Microsoft Office applications

  Proficiency in SQL and relational databases preferred

  Salesforce or CRM experience preferred

  Competencies

  Strong communication, presentation, and speaking skills. In particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.

  Strong customer service skills

  Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism.

  Aptitude for learning new technology

  Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  Have business acumen including a good understanding of a CRM application and how it can be utilized to improve business processes

  Attention to detail
