Responsibilities
End-to-end management of the clinical trial agreement (CTA) process forglobal, multi-site clinical trialsDevelop the study-specific CTA strategy with the Sponsor and internalstakeholdersDevelop country-specific CTA templatesNegotiate CTAs and the corresponding budget directly with sitesPresent progress to internal and external stakeholders ensuring deliverablesare met within agreed upon timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant legal or business field;6+ years of direct CRO experience required;Contract and budget negotiation experience;3+ years of management or oversight experience;Ability to effectively influence others;Exceptionally strong communication skills; andAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Travel: minimalCompensationA target salary range of $90,000 to $135,000. Your compensation willbe based on your skills and experience.
