Job Summary This position involves providing outstanding customer service while accurately and efficiently processing teller transactions. In addition, the team will be the subject matter expert for iBanking, mobile deposit, bill pay, digital wallet, debit cards, and dispute process. Customer Support Specific Duties/Responsibilities Customer transaction processing o Deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, bond redemption, change orders, etc o Complete Reg CC Holds, CTR and SARs as needed o Buy and selling cash between tellers, TCR and vaults o Process night drop and mail o Daily balancing of drawers, TCRs, coin machine and vault o Maintain equipment as needed Phone, Conversations and Email o Answer incoming phone calls, answer questions, resolve issues or direct to another employee in a friendly manner o Monitor internet conversations and respond in timely, professional manner o Monitor and respond to all incoming service emails Complete customer requests o Moving funds via telephone o Loan advance requests sent to loan officer and support team o Collect information for address changes o Provide wire transfer information for incoming wire requests o Collect stop payment information Check orders o Collect and verify address information o Process check order requests Debit Card Team Member Duties/Responsibilities Perform day-to-day operations relating to debit cards o Order debit cards for all branches o Service and maintenance of all active cards o Dispute or fraud processing for all customers o Daily balancing of associated accounts o Temporary card inventory and maintenance Digital Wallet o Education to customers and employees of product capabilities Mobile Deposit Team Member Duties/Responsibilities Perform day-to-day operations relating to Mobile Deposits o Set up new users o Troubleshoot user issues & missing items o Daily check review and fraud prevention o Maintain mobile deposit system, limits & users o Education to customers and employees of product capabilities Bill Pay Team Member Duties/Responsibilities Perform all duties relating to bill pay o Maintain bill pay system, limits & users o Troubleshoot user issues & missing items o Daily review and balancing of associated accounts o Education to customers and employees of product capabilities Cash Management Team Member Duties/Responsibilities Perform administrative duties relating to Cash Management o Verify ACH files submitted via Cash Management o Unlock Users Safe Deposit Box Duties/Responsibilities Identify client and complete access process Provide access to the boxes Answer any billing questions ATM Duties/Responsibilities Monitor ATM activity and deposits Maintain cash levels and balance Troubleshoot any issues or maintenance Applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, or status with regard to public assistance.
