PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizes, plans and supports all MSOL and FCTL service orders.
Cooperates with Order Administration whenever required.
Agrees with customers service visits and assigns service engineers FJ in Service Cloud application.
Delivers service report to customers and follows up service jobs closure.
Runs and keeps up to date supporting systems (Service Cloud, CRM, Planner, Oracle, etc.).
Manages service related leads in CRM.
Supports Oracle order handling process.
Ensures correct delivery of services and invoices orders in accordance with revenue recognition rules.
Performs other tasks and direct orders given by the supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Building and maintaining good relationship with customers (internal and external).
Outstanding resistance to stress conditions and work under time pressure.
At least 1 year experience in business to business environment.
Master’s degree.
Native Polish language.
Communicative English in writing and speaking.
MS Office package skills.
Willingness to work in a team.
