Description:
In the role you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from existing customers and providing a great experience by helping them resolve their problems. Customers will call in with questions regarding charging stations, chargers, how to utilize charging stations, light technical support, and more. You must be comfortable talking about various issues and utilizing different technology platforms to assist customers with their questions, as this is a tech company. Utilize the multiple computer programs to better help the customers with issues or questions they may have. Document all conversations and ensure customers are taken care of. Seek to understand customers and discover solutions to help them.
