  POLITICO Pro, POLITICO's premium B2B policy subscription service, is seeking a Customer Success Team Lead passionate about people manager, customer engagement, business advisory and data analysis.

  The CS Team Lead role is ideal for candidates with a customer-centric approach looking to build on their engagement, commercial and product experience.

  The position requires a highly organized and resilient individual who has excellent attention to detail and strong people and communication skills.

  It is essential that this person is able to use their own initiative while being a team player. A keen understanding of public affairs, data analysis skills and previous experience in a corporate setting are helpful.

  This is a full-time position located in Brussels, and may involve some periodic travel in Europe.

  What You'll Do

  Team Management

  Develop and implement the overall yearly Customer Success strategy for client engagement and retentionMeet individually with assigned Customer Success direct reports each week to review progress and to provide suggestions for improving overall customer approach. Manage new joiner's onboarding and training within the Customer Success and more broadly across business departmentsUse performance metrics to set and track pacing against goals and regularly report to department leadership.Provide market feedback to internal stakeholders (mainly Product & Marketing teams).Coordinate global Customer Engagement efforts with the US Customer Success Team.

  Customer Engagement

  Develop Annual and Quarterly Client engagement and risk mitigation strategies in coordination with the leadership of POLITICO Pro SalesConduct customer-specific engagement tailored to POLITICO Pro Key European Accounts

  Customer Success

  Conduct refreshers and workshops on identified high priority user segmentsConduct engagement workshops with trans-Atlantic customers in coordination with the US customer success teamImplement regional Customer Success strategies in the UK, France and Germany

  Usage analysis

  Analyse existing usage data to extract key trends Support the Training & Development of the Pro Sales teamUse business analytics tools to identify upselling opportunities

  What You'll Need

  Required qualifications

  5+ years professional experienceA university degreeExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong client service ethicWritten and verbal fluency in English is a must have, a good working level in French and/or German is a strong assetStrong analytical skills and business acumen Strong interpersonal skills and client-centric approachInterest, motivation and ability to effectively coach team members to bring about their personal best skillsAble to prioritize and recognize business critical matters and multitaskPrior knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM/business analytics platforms Flexible and problem-solving attitudeInterest in current European political and policy issues
