Check us out here: www.hidglobal.com and https://youtu.be/23km5H4K9Eo HID's Identification Technologies Business Unit (IDT) This position will be a part of the Healthcare IoT solutions and services team, reporting to the Vice President, Sales Healthcare, RTLS. You will manage a team of account managers supporting enterprise clients and developing new business within the Healthcare segment with Real-time locating services and solutions (RTLS). This position will have a high impact by coaching a team in effective sales strategies, performance goals, and monitoring key performance indicators. As our DIRECTOR, CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGEMENT you'll support HID's success by: * Developing and building strong relationships cross functionally collaborating with departments to optimize sale handoffs, customer marketing programs, sales training, implementation, and effective support to drive a seamless customer experience. * Managing accurate forecasting of renewals and upsell revenue in Salesforce. * Working cross-functionally with our implementation and technical support teams to move through sales cycles accurately and intentionally. * Driving a culture of achievement to exceed revenue, renewal, and productivity targets. * Coaching and developing your team in effective sales strategies, customer account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity management. * Setting goals, action plans, playbooks, and key metrics for your account managers in different customer tiers with different levels of expansion potential. * Analyzing pre-indicators including activity volumes, meetings booked, account plans and individual pipelines to monitor rep effectiveness and future revenue forecasting. * Actively participating in the sales cycle to bring leadership and strategic support to engage internal resources to optimize renewal rates and close rates on opportunities. * Partnering with the VP Sales to design optimal account assignments. What we will love about your background: * Proven track record of success in sales leadership, the ability to manage and close on complex sales cycles. * Strategic mindset with a successful track record of developing account strategies and exceeding revenue goals. * Display the ability to persevere, be proactive, and resilient in the face of setbacks and challenging sales goals. * Experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level decision makers. Your Experience and Education include: * Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University, engineering degree strongly preferred. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant job experience may also be considered. * High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education required. * 5 plus years of experience leading an account management team in a SaaS or technology sales environment highly desired. * 0 to 10% overnight travel in North America required. * Ability to travel to Canada upon hire. Training and knowledge transfer will take place in Vancouver, Canada. Therefore, employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport upon hire. * Advanced in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software highly preferred. The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary in the United States is $102,000.00 to $110,000.00. The OTE is up to $138,000.00. (USD) Canadian base salary is $110,000.00 - 130,000.00. The OTE is up to 163,000.00.
