Our manufacturing operation located in Hanover PA develops rings and seals for the Aerospace industry. The Customer Solutions Representative acts as a liaison between customers, sales, and factory regarding new, current, and future requirements. When working in this position, you will be expected to be the first point of contact for order status, quotations, shipping information, customer questions and concerns.Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:Order book management.Process customer orders/changes in system according to established department policies and procedures, provide acknowledgements.Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and factory regarding new, current, and future requirements.Daily management of customer portals.Identify delivery problems and proactively consults with proper company personnel, and then provides best resolution for our customers.Building and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal customers.Assist AR with research and resolution of invoices as well as the processing of debits and credits.Enter and tracking orders.Follow established processes and procedures to ensure work accuracy.Handle customer complaints and returned goods.Provide pricing and delivery information.Work with engineers to ensure customer requirements are met.Perform additional tasks and duties under direct supervisor, using defined policies and procedures.Streamline and automate processes.Assist Manager with tasks as needed.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience preferred in Customer Service in Aerospace, Automotive or other custom manufacturing environment.Associate degree (will consider a combination of education and relevant experience).Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS office.Occasional travel required.Track record of effectively resolving customer related issues, improving processes, and helping in efficiency.Ability to work in a team environment and independently.Courteous, clear, and professional manner.Excellent organizational and communication skills - written and oral.A proven track record of cross-functional interaction.Demonstrated success in problem solving.Must possess strong analytical skills.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.Must possess a detail orientation, be able to work effectively.Problem solving mindset.What You'll Love About SKF:Rest and Relaxation .
