Description
Robert Half is looking for someone who loves building solid customer relationships for a Customer Service Representative position. The Customer Solutions Coordinator II will be responsible for managing order fulfillment processes, shipping discrepancies and returns, product complaint recording, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience. This role will work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing, Accounting and Finance, and Supply Chain Inventory and Logistics teams. Reporting to the Director, Customer Solutions. . We are seeking candidates with energy and enthusiasm to be part of a growing team throughout North America. This is a Hybrid position offering 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
Demonstrated strong professional conversational etiquette, especially over the phone or email correspondence with clients, customers, and internal partners for the order management lifecycle which include order entry, account maintenance, pricing, invoicing, and other order to cash activities as requested.
Effectively and professionally communicates account statuses with customers
Manages 15-24 designated accounts & supports 2 divisions
Exceptional follow through and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues with products and orders
Regularly assesses transactional processes and procedures.
Leads and implements small to medium size improvement projects that are important to the business
Ensures prompt and accurate attention to documentation requests which may include COA's, Invoices, and other shipping information
Quickly and effectively respond to requests from customers and internal business partners
Communicate and work closely with Supply Chain on logistics and inventory issues
Supports multiple business units and order management models
Supports and follows departmental procedures and policies
Assist team with workload as the business requires
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Three to Five years’ experience in customer service
Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet critical deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.
Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (SAP, Power BI, Salesforce a plus)
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem solve and work cross functionally to effectively service customers.
