　　Our Automotive Coatings group produces innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings, decorative paints and employs nearly 12,000 globally!

　　As a Customer Site Service Rep, you create chemistry by…

　　Measuring, monitoring, reporting, and analyzing product and processing performance (coatings field analysis), also measuring, and monitoring inventory.

　　Supporting the efforts of the Technical Service Team through data collection and analysis.

　　Participating within the site service team safety program.

　　Complying to the Assembly Plant Service Process in the customer plant.

　　Supporting customer and internal project schedule compliance through coatings field analysis activities, also supporting launch activities through coatings field analysis.

　　Providing information / data to support Lab Work Requests to meet account needs and providing information / data to write and support NCMs.

　　Supporting Problem Resolution Activities through coatings field analysis.

　　Assists with color audit reviews through coatings field analysis.

　　Complying with BASF Quality Systems and customer quality standards.

　　If you...

　　Have a high school diploma/GED.

　　Are a dependable, hard working and self motivated person.

　　Are able to work Sunday-Thursday night shifts. (10pm-7am)

　　Have good verbal, written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

　　Paint Application Knowledge/Experience, defect Recognition, Analysis, and Identification a plus.

　　Understand quality systems and concepts, and an understanding of customer labor policies.

　　Have knowledge of business IT Tools (MS Office) and Quality Systems compliance.
