Description
Manufacturer and wholesale of automotive tools is seeking to hire Customer Service Representative on a full-time, contract to hire basis.
Day to day responsibilities:
Heavy communication with customers via Outlook email – strong written + verbal communication required
Process incoming orders in AS400
Data entry
A lot of follow up
Research prices with different vendors
Respond to basic customer inquiries
Instant communication for cancelled orders – must be attentive, able to multi-task and reprioritize
Requirements
1-2 years of prior customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
