  $21.00/hr.

  Shifts range Monday- Friday from 6:00 am to 9:00 am start times

  Hybrid, 2 days in office per week

  Salt Lake City, UT

  The members of our Customer Service team are driven by a passion for serving others, are client-focused, and are committed to assisting small business owners in their success. As a team member in Customer Service, you will serve as an advocate for our clients. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our expanding support team to promptly and effectively address, resolve, or appropriately guide our clients' inquiries and issues. The primary focus of this role is to handle questions from Small Business Owners related to their existing and future accounts with proficiency.

  Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Specialist:

  Address inquiries and requests from small business owners regarding our products through various channels, including inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and chats.

  Efficiently and effectively resolve customer requests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing both stated and unstated short-term and long-term needs.

  Develop expertise in up to two products offered by our company aiming to deliver added value and create memorable experiences for each customer.

  Utilize our innovative technology solutions and systems to process customer requests seamlessly.

  Meet or exceed performance expectations based on key performance indicators related to customer experience, effectiveness, efficiency, and other relevant metrics.

  Identify, resolve, or escalate risks and trends that could impact the customer experience.

  Act as a representative of the customer's voice, providing valuable product and customer experience feedback along with suggested enhancements.

  Adapt and remain flexible to support business needs, including making short-term scheduling adjustments.

  Contribute to the creation of a vibrant and engaging organizational culture.

  Your Skills as a Customer Service Specialist:

  Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience or related work experience.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  A distraction-free work-from-home environment with reliable internet access at a minimum speed of 100 MBPS.

  Previous experience in banking and finance is highly advantageous.

  Passion for helping people and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others' lives.

  Thrive in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments.

  Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions.

  Proficient in managing difficult conversations, striking a balance between active listening, asking questions, displaying empathy, and driving towards optimal outcomes.

  Welcome problems as challenges and find satisfaction in assisting others in issue resolution and continuous learning.

  Technologically-savvy, known for adapting rapidly to changing tools and capabilities.
