This role is part-time hours with hybrid working in Clayton South office and one day from home (if desired) after initial training period.
What your main responsibilities will be
You will have the opportunity to:
Provide an excellent service level to our stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Review that the orders received are in compliance with internal policies and process them in a timely manner.
Assist with reporting on customer service surveys and metrics, aimed at measuring and improving the customer experience.
Implement efficiencies and reports using the SAPR3 system.
Identify and troubleshoot incidents, resolving where possible and/or report them to the line responsible or applicable teams.
Work with key internal stakeholders, in particular the Commercial and the Supply Chain team to meet agreed performance and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date data records.
Under the direction of the Customer Service Operations Manager work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and ensure that Grifols is meeting its contractual obligations.
Assist the Office Manager with tasks as required or during leave periods.
Assist with the provision of reports that enable and inform customer service strategies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and a Quality culture at Grifols.
Ensure customer service activities align with the Grifols spirit, goals and objectives.
Support customer and supply relationships through timely service.
Remain informed and at the forefront of best practice by undertaking relevant training in respect to customer service activities.

You are customer orientated with demonstrated ability to work in a customer service role.
You have experience working with SAP R3. An advanced Level Microsoft Office an advantage.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. You are communicative.
You have a high level of English.
Experience in working for a global healthcare company would be highly regarded.
