　　Key Responsibilities

　　Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell discounted vacation packages.

　　Persuade customers through proven sales techniques to purchase packages in exchange for attending a tour of the company's resort.

　　Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each call.

　　Track and report daily sales and confirmed packages.

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

　　Previous experience in a call center or sales environment desired.
