Purpose Of The Job: To ensure that Community Service work is performed in a timely, safe,

　　and efficient manner by all defendants.

　　Essential Functions/Responsibilities:1. Reports promptly any altercations, no-shows, or non-compliance of offenders to theCommunity Service Team Leader.2. Responsible for documentation and verbally reporting anything that affects the everydayoperations of the program.3. Redirect anti-social attitudes/beliefs and affirm pro-social attitudes and beliefs.4. Supervises work crew supervisors to ensure uniformity.5. Supervises work crews of up to 8 offenders at one time, and maintains security ofworksites.6. Collect urine / saliva samples as needed.7. Maintains vehicle and all equipment.8. Repairs or replaces equipment and reports the same to immediate supervisor.9. Coordinates with user agency regarding work task and date to be completed.10. Enforces rules of the program with all offenders under his/her supervision.11. Report any messages of significance to the appropriate people in an attempt to keep allstaff up to date on current events.12. Attend monthly staffing.13. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or Executive Director.
