We have an opening for an exceptional Customer Service Representative in Salt Lake City. For the Customer Service Representative role we are in need of someone who is innovative and proactive in their work.

The Customer Service Representative will be over:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Communicating with customers via email, phone or chat

Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Answer questions about products

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Excellent customer service skills, with experience in a call center environment
